Description: Seven Sisters Market is a unique indoor market situated here in the old Ward's Department Store corner building in Tottenham, above Seven Sisters tube station.

The market, called Pueblito Piasa, holds a wide range of mainly latin-american shops, with unique food, music and other products from the Spanish, Portuguese and Latin-American communities in London, as well as other community shops including African and Iranian products.

The market traders and surrounding community associations are currently fighting proposals to demolish the market and to construct two great modern towers in its place.

1» The market is great. It is the largest Latin market in the UK. On a Saturday afternoon all the Latin families gather and the place errupts into this fun chaotic jumble of familes, music and food.
