Description: Formerly called The City of London and Tower Hamlets Cemetery, and locally called Bow Cemetery by locals, it's officially just Tower Hamlets Cemetery. And it's been closed since 1966, officially becoming a nature reserve in 2001 (incorporating Scrapyard Meadow).

The impressive high brick walls which surround it are on the national register of listed buildings as are 7 individual memorials (all are listed at Grade II).

It's one of the Magnificent Seven London cemeteries, opened in the 19th century.
