Description: So you want to take in some of Eastern Europe but want to save on the air fare...well look no further than 'The Czech and Slovak Club' in North London.
This really is one of the last bastions of Slovak culture and an ex-pat hangout for many a year. Boasting an array of Czech beers and food such as dumplings, roast duck and sauerkraut - it pretty much has the 'authentic' all.
And with 'chic' being a banned word - yep, this has the feel of someone's living room rather than a post-Hampstead hangout - this is one not to be missed
