Little India in Waterloo

A new concept in Indian cooking - easy to understand!

Location: 103-105 Waterloo Road, SE1 8UL

Description: The 'Bangalore Express' comes from the man behind Chelsea's The Painted Heron, but this new establishment is aimed at a more casual market.

The one-sheet, pan-Indian menu is cheap & cheerful, offering a collection of tapas-sized items, dosas, low-fat options, build-your-own plates of curry & rice, & even Indian calzone.

And there's not only fine food on offer... Bangalore Express features unusual bunk bed-style seating - climb a short ladder to reach tables on the upper deck!
