Location: 117 Portobello Road, Notting Hill
Description: Start at the bottom of the road and walk north. You need to get to 117 Portobello Road with a small road on the right. On the north facing wall you will see a large art work of a typical French style artist with beret, Van Dyke beard and paint brush and palette. This is yet another Banksy work of art.
