Description: This venue, opposite Blackhorse Road tube station, is currently under threat from developers, much like the rest of Waltham Forest's entertainment venues.

It's the center of tribute act city but is renowned for being one of the best live music venue's in East London.

Iron Maiden, Suzi Quattro and the Rifle Force are just some of the acts who played at the Standard before hitting the big time.
