The Royal Exchange
This posh place used to be the public pigs feeding place.
Location: Cornhill, London
Description: The site of the Royal Exchange used to be called Pig Street because animals belonging to the Hospital of St Anthony used to run about here and be fed much like the pigeons in Trafalgar Square. An old saying came from this which went by 'Following like a Tantony pig'.
