A fabulous Live Music location
One of London's finest small music venues
Location: Powis Square, W11 2AY
Description: Set in a Grade II-listed building, the 'Tabernacle' was a key venue in the early days of the Carnival and a favourite haunt of the Clash for years.
Recently it has reopened, in nu-Notting Hill style, as a cocktail bar with an incidental programme of implausibly intimate gigs: during November 2009 it will have hosted Corinne Bailey Rae, Take That and Florence + the Machine.
So this is one class place to experience your musical heroes up close and dirty!
