Description: This unassuming little shop opposite Gospel Oak tube station is an Aladdins treasure cave for treasured old-school toys.

This amazing shop is a labour of love for Kristin who once worked at Heal's in their toy department before opening this shop in the 1980's. Kristen has sold to the actor Peter Sellers and she created her most famous creation - Humpty from Play School.

The shop has an eclectic mix of tiny toys, many hand made by Kristen, and it also specialises in miniatures for doll houses!

The hand written sign in the window says 'This is not a toy shop. Any resemblance to one is a flight of your imagination back to the good old days when this could be called a toy shop! (This is a collection of 'toys' as defined by the Oxford Dictionary, not by any other definition.)'
