Description: Now this pub first established in 1760 should be famous for that in some ways - but no - it's more famous for a film connection.
In fact, the pub was featured in several scenes in the classic 1960s thriller 'Repulsion' directed by Roman Polanski...it is possible that he may have popped in for a glass of stout...we can but hope.
Rustic looking enhanced by old books and framed prints - why not pop in and prop up the bar on behalf of a Roman!
