Description: This local cafe north of Victoria station has a huge fan in royal hat designer Philip Treacy who loves their egg and chips.

It's owner Diana is part Italian part Cockney and when Sex in the City star Kim Cattrall is in town she heads here. She once asked Treacy where to go for breakfast in London and he sent her here and is now a regular.
