Blonde ghost harassing tenants
A blonde ghost has been harassing tenants in 4 houses here.
Location: House in Leucha Road, Walthamstow
Description: In 2003, Johnny Nembhard, of Leucha Road, Walthamstow, and his sister Claudette, 43, say they have regularly seen a blonde woman walking about their home, and the spirits have also spread to four other neighbouring properties. Lights cannot be turned off and, if they are, the television has to be left on. Mr Nembhard, 41, said: I have to leave the television on as this seems to calm the ghosts down, and I can't sleep because I feel a presence that keeps me awake. The first time the welder saw the ghost was while he was lying in bed and trying to get some sleep. He says he started to feel strange and it was as if someone was passing through him. The image he saw was a blonde woman, aged in her 20s or 30s. The second encounter took place while Mr Nembhard was standing in his kitchen. He claims he saw someone pass quickly. He thought it was his sister but she was upstairs the whole time. Mr Nembhard visited a stall in Brixton market where he bought some special incense called 'run away evil', hoping to drive the blonde away. He said: It seems to have worked a little, and I've been getting some sleep, but it's not much. We are constantly having to search for things too. Every time I put something down, it gets moved somewhere else.
