Description: This was the grand Victorian house which in 1997 Tony Blair and wife Cherie sold for 615,000, making a tidy profit of 240,000 since they purchased in 1993. In 2001 it sold for 1.25m.

They sold the six-bedroom, four-storey residence after police advised that it could only be protected with intrusive security.
