A wonderful reminder of a lady with a big heart

Location: Queen Anne Square

Description: In the bottom left hand corner of Queen Anne Square is a small wall with a cat just about to jump off onto the ground.

This small monument is in memory of Patricia Penn (1914-1992) who was a champion of local causes and was a cat lover.

The cats name is Sam.

It is a beautiful and lively reminder of an admired member of the community.
