If Graffiti Changed Anything
This is a classic minimal Banksy in Fitzrovia.
Location: Clipstone Street, Fitzrovia
Description: Leave Great Portland Street station and go south onto the street of the same name. Walk along the street to Clipstone Street on the left. Walk along the street on the left side and as you reach the end you will see Banksy art under plastic. It says If graffiti changed anything it would be illegal. Ignore the word VERY which has been added in the wrong place
It appeared at Easter 2011.
