Pub Quiz At The Duke
'Duke of Clarence', a fine pub with a cracking Pub Quiz
Location: 148 Old Brompton Road, SW5 0BE
Description: In the age of new media madness, blackberry connectivity, 3G Shenanigans... it certainly is a welcome relief to take a step back and enjoy the simple things in life.
Not only is the 'Duke of Clarence' a fine pub and full of charm, but it also one of London's many 'Pub Quiz' haunts.
Indeed, Monday night is quiz night and at 2 quid to enter, the chance of winning dinner for two and a bottle of wine seems just the ticket. With a broad range of questions and a quiz master who apparently plays the crowd, it seems daft not to enter!
