Home to a Great Magician
Tommy Cooper resided here in the late 1940s
Location: 105 Warwick Avenue, Maida Vale, W9
Description: Okay so he was overall an incredible comedy performer who had only to utter those immortal words or indeed look at a certain way to bring the house down with laughter, but Tommy Cooper was also a great magician.
He was simply a class act that made millions of people happy - which can't be a bad thing at all!
And so to this very location, Tommy was living here in 1948 when he was extending his management negotiations with his agent 'Miff Ferrie'.
