Lenin met Stalin here
Lenin & Stalin shared a pint here, as did Dame Judi Dench
Location: 43 Clerkenwell Green, Clerkenwell, London, EC1R OEG
Description: This relaxing London boozer is where reputedly in 1905 local boy Lenin met young Stalin for the first time.
It's also featured in Notes On A Scandal where Dame Judi Dench sat inside.
At the rear there's a weird lounge area with an original fireplace and an old 'Conspirators clock' dating back to 1683.
It was formerly called the Crown and Anchor.
