Description: The unique debut album Original Pirate Material by rapper and producer The Streets (Mike Skinner) featured this ordinary tower block lit up beautifully.
Kestrel House is 18 storey's, was completed in 1968 and is 55m tall.
The photograph is by German photographer Rut Blees Luxemburg and is entitled Towering Inferno. It's the south face that is depicted.
