The Old Nicholl

Description: The Boundary Estate here in Tower Hamlets replaced the notorious slum, the Old Nicholl which formed the location for Arthur Morrisons celebrated novel, Child of the Jago.
The Old Nicholl was one of the densest and darkest slums in Victorian Britain.
