Rocking since 1945

Britain's first ever permanent Rock & Pop museum is to open here
Location: Drawdock Road, SE10 0BB
Description: At last... Britain's first ever permanent Rock & Pop museum is to open at the O2 in March 2009...and about time to.
'The British Musical Experience' will tell the story of the UK's musical heritage from 1945 to the present day.
Visitors to the venue will be able to attend 'fantasy dinner parties' with projected screen images of stars chatting about their careers from 'Sir Cliff' to 'Dizzee Rascal'!
With a 'sound tunnel' for that rock star feel, they'll be a chance to perform iconic dances from the past 60 years.
There's also a 'jam studio' and a venue seating 400 punters... What a rocking museum!
