Location: 188 Sheen Lane, East Sheen, SW14 8LF
Description: Edward Thomas 'Tom' Hardy was born on the 15th September 1977, and Tom Hardy is fine English actor!
Hailing from East Sheen, London, Hardy began his career in war dramas. He studied at at this very school - 'Tower House Prep School for Boys' - and then the Drama Centre London and subsequently at Richmond Drama School.
He then secured the part of United States Army Private John Janovec in the award-winning HBO and BBC miniseries 'Band of Brothers', making his feature film debut in Ridley Scott's 2001 war thriller 'Black Hawk Down'.
So this school can be proud to be a part of a great actor who goes from strength to strength...literally - just take a look at more recent offerings, 'Bronson' and 'The Take'. Superb!
