Description: Tapas from over there...over here. I love Carmen - yummy food, tasty wine, and a cool atmosphere that makes you want go back, and not actually leave when you are there. After exiting Clapham Common tube, it's right there...cheap and cheerful, a welcoming and pleasingly worn look, with its simple wooden tables and chairs, yellow frontage and pictures of bullfighters.
