Highbury Mural
Lovely nature mural in Highbury.
Location: 18 Highbury Grove, Highbury, Islington
Description: This nature mural is on the side of this house overlooking Highbury Grove Comprehensive School. It features some faces which are probably students from the school, circa 1986, when the mural was begun by Dave Bangs.
Unusually for inner London murals, this fading mural, features local flora and fauna, and includes a numbered key so visitors can identify those depicted.
It's fading badly now and could do with a fresh lick of paint.
