Italia Conti Theatre Academy

Description: Founded in 1911 by actress Italia Conti (Italia Emily Stella Conti, 18731946), the Academy is a theatre arts training school.
The school provides a Performing Arts Course, Intensive Performing Arts Course, Singing Course and a Theatre Arts School.
The splendid building here covers nine levels and has 18 dance, acting and singing studios, all fully equipped with sprung floors, full length mirrors, ballet barres and sound systems.
A huge list of accomplished alumni includes Leslie Ash, Sadie Frost, Charles Hawtrey, William Hartnell, Patsy Kensit, Bonnie Langford, Pixie Lott, Martine McCutcheon, Nanette Newman, Leslie Phillips, Anton Rodgers, Lisa Snowdon, and Tracey Ullman.
