Description: The Walkie Talkie is a 200m+, 160 metre, 36-storey skyscraper currently under construction in the City. It has been designed by the Uruguayan born architect Rafael Violy and will feature a highly distinctive, top-heavy form which appears to burst upward and outward.

The top floor will be open to the public and feature a large viewing deck and sky gardens.

It replaces a previous Land Securities 25 storey tower which was 91m (299 ft) tall.
