Description: 'The Herne Tavern' is a handsome pub with striking features such as its elegant original windows, furniture and wood-panelled interior...but that's not the 'half-pint' of it.

This terrific gastropub also has a simply splendid garden - apparently inspired by the 'Teletubbies'...we kid you not - rolling green mounds and walls of grass await you.

Kids will love it and the greens will make the 'old uns' more than happy as well.

Go on, make like a Teletubby and get on down there...but mind that big baby-like sun!
