Location: 30 Inverness Street, Camden, NW1 7HJ
Description: It was during the early 1990s that this Camden watering hole reached the height of fame...and it was down to those Britpop hero's 'Blur'...amongst others.
Blur were the quintessential Britpop band, making jaunty, intelligent hits, and partners in crime included Elastica, Pulp, Suede, Supergrass, Menswear, Sleeper... indeed where are some of them now?
Graham Coxon, Blur's then guitarist, could often be found frequenting the bar and pool table here at The Good Mixer, generally drinking too much, and getting into scrapes with all and sundry, but on more than one occasion, the pavement!
It's also rumoured to be the place where Oasis and Blur had their toilet altercation causing their 90's feud!
