The Hogwart Express

The Hogwart Express

Where Hogwart's Express disappears into the wall!

Location: Platform 9, King's Cross Station

Description: In the film of JK Rowling's Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone the Hogwarts Express departs from here Platform 9 3/4, which actually has it's own sign/plaque on the arched wall between Platforms 4 and 5. We like the people at network rail for doing this.

We like them even more though for the art installation of a shopping trolley disappearing into the wall. Give it a pull!
